Qualifications to be a Cabin Owner
All cottages are initially offered to retired credentialed Church of God ministers or their widows. Following this phase, credentialed Church of God ministers have the opportunity to purchase the cottage.
Subsequently, individuals who are 55 years or older, in good standing with a Church of God congregation for at least 10 years, and can provide a letter of recommendation from their pastor, may also be eligible to purchase a cottage.
